Privacy Policy

Plenvo is a personal productivity coach for iPhone. We built it so your data stays on your device as much as possible. This policy explains what leaves your device, why, and the choices you have.

At a glance
  • Your tasks, goals, habits and journal stay on your iPhone.
  • Coach messages and the context they need go to Google Gemini to generate an answer.
  • No account, no ads, no tracking across apps.

Who we are

Plenvo is provided by Zenico Technologies S.L., a company registered in Spain (“Zenico”, “we”, “us”). Zenico is the data controller for the data described in this policy. You can reach us at hola@zenico.es.

Data stored on your device

Your tasks, goals, milestones, habits, journal entries, reflections, Focus sessions and profile preferences (name, work schedule, goals) are stored locally on your iPhone. Your name is used only on your device and is not sent to the AI service. We do not run a server that stores this data, and Plenvo does not sync it to iCloud or any other cloud service.

AI requests

When you use the Coach or Weekly Review, Plenvo sends your message together with the relevant parts of your productivity data (for example, today’s tasks or a goal’s milestones) to Google’s Gemini models through Google Firebase so a response can be generated. This data is used only to answer that request. Google processes it as our service provider under the Firebase data processing terms. Google does not use this data to train its models.

To access the AI service, the app signs in with an anonymous Firebase identifier. It is not linked to your name, email address or Apple ID.

Voice input

If you use hold-to-talk, Plenvo uses Apple’s Speech framework to turn your voice into text. Depending on your device and settings, Apple may process audio on its servers under Apple’s Privacy Policy. Plenvo does not store or upload your recordings. The resulting text is handled like a typed Coach message.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used, for example which screens are opened and whether purchases succeed. These events are not linked to your identity and do not include the content of your tasks, goals or journal. We do not use data for advertising, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Crash reports

If the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends a crash report so we can fix the problem. It contains technical details such as the device model, iOS version, app version and where in the code the crash happened. It does not include the content of your tasks, goals or journal.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. The app checks your subscription status with the App Store on your device.

Feedback by email

If you send feedback or a feature suggestion, it opens your Mail app and is sent from your email account. We use your email address only to reply to you.

Notifications

Task reminders and Focus session alerts are scheduled locally on your device. We do not send remote push notifications.

Retention and deletion

Because your productivity data lives on your device, deleting Plenvo deletes that data. Requests sent to the AI service are not stored by us. To ask about anything else we hold, contact us at the address below.

Children

Plenvo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, the EU, UK or California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority; in Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. For significant changes, we will also tell you in the app.
