Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Zenico Technologies S.L. (“Zenico”, “we”), the company that provides Plenvo. By using Plenvo you accept them.

Subscription

• Plenvo Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings, or in Plenvo under Settings → Manage subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

AI Coach

The Coach and Weekly Review use AI to generate suggestions and plans. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It is not professional, medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. Review anything the Coach creates or changes before relying on it. When the Coach is about to delete data, it asks you to confirm first.

Your content

You own everything you create in Plenvo. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the app’s features, including sending it to our AI provider when you use the Coach. Do not use Plenvo for anything unlawful or to submit content you have no right to share.

Availability

We work to keep Plenvo reliable, but we provide it “as is”. AI features need an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable. Your data is stored on your device, so keep your device backed up. We are not responsible for data lost through device loss, deletion of the app or similar events.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenico is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using Plenvo after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of your country of residence, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
